Reflexology gives you the benefit of relaxing, recharging and bringing back your body into balance through your feet.



What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is a non-intrusive complementary therapy that can be effective in promoting relaxation by reducing stress levels. It involves applying gentle pressure to your feet or hands to  stimulate other places in the body to become more active.  It is a very enjoyable and relaxing experience!

Why would you choose Reflexology?

What happens during a treatment?

Each session lasts approximately one hour except for the first session which may take another fifteen minutes. I will go through your medical history and tailor the treatment to your personal needs. I then invite you to remove your shoes and socks before lying  comfortably on a therapy couch. Here is where I come into action!  I apply  gentle pressure by using  my thumbs and fingers on specific areas.  You are more than welcome to fall asleep, or just simply rest.

A single session is likely to be very beneficial for you, but the effects of Reflexology build up cumulatively and the best results come from having a few sessions at regular intervals. You can simply use Reflexology as a type of preventative care.
